Appomattox County Historical Society Membership
Membership with the Appomattox County Historical Society provides you with a host of benefits, while also
helping the Historical Society in our mission to bring together those interested researching, collection, preserving and promoting
the history and heritage of Appomattox County and it's people. All paid membership levels directly support the Society and receive
the following benefits;

Membership Levels
Membership dues are annual and must be renewed by February 1st of each year to maintain good standing with the Society. Because
our membership dues are so low, we do not prorate annual dues for new memberships. All dues paid to the Society are fully tax deductible
as our organization is a publicly supported 501(c)(3) tax exempt charitable organization. The following membership levels are available with
the Appomattox County Historical Society.
- Student Membership - FREE
This membership is available to students aged 6 to 18
- Individual - $10/year
This membership is for individual persons and includes one membership spot
- Couple - $20/year
This membership is for couples and includes two membership spots
- Family - $30/year
The family membership includes four membership spots
- Senior Individual - $9/year
This membership is for individual persons aged 65+ and includes one membership spot
- Senior Couple - $18/year
This membership is for couples aged 65+ and includes two membership spots
- Lifetime Member Endowment - $2,500
Includes lifetime membership, yearly personal or business ad on our website and 15% off any event ads
